Got this small 100cc two stroke dual sport to rebuild.  It has a frozen motor, but it seems like it is just corrosion in the cylinder.  This should be a fun build and a fun bike when its done!

Just did a quick oil change and filter change on my friends Ninja 250.  Also made sure the chain was in adjustment and lubed, as well as proper tire pressure.  Took off the cowl fairing and did a fiberglass repair behind the crack just to strengthen it up, as well as added some flush turn signals.  The signals aren’t exact for the bike, but we made them work and they don’t look too bad if you ask me!  Kyle even stopped by to lend a hand!  Pics below:

Picked up what is essentially a 1969 BSA from converted to hardtail, with a 1968 BSA 650 motor.  A new project is now on deck once that Z1 is finished!  Lots of ideas for this one!

250 running again

Friend bought this 2003 Kawasaki Ninja 250 to learn on and had it sit for a year (after a minor mishap where it was dropped).  Brought it to my house and we got it running again.  Here are some pics and a quick vid of the bike running.  It just needs some minor things and its good to go!
